Samantha is a results-driven consultant with 14+ years of experience specializing in operations, revenue growth, and nonprofit social enterprises.

With a decade of experience leading multi-site social enterprises and operations at Project HOME, managing a $1M budget, 30-person teams, and launching and managing four revenue-generating programs, she has driven major gains including a 284% revenue increase for HOMEBooks and a 92% reduction in COGS for HOMEMade.

Samantha provides practical support in administration, virtual assistance, SOP creation, retail and e-commerce optimization, compliant operations, event planning and project management to help mission-driven organizations and small businesses scale sustainably.

Why Butterflies?

The name Flutterby Solutions comes from the original term for a butterfly, which was "flutterby", a playful nod to how butterflies gracefully flutterby.

Samantha’s love for butterflies began during her 6 years as a Museum Educator at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia, where she worked as a live butterfly handler.

Working with these amazing creatures daily showed Samantha their incredible ability to adapt and thrive, qualities she bring to every partnership.
